Jeff is a proven senior executive with a unique blend of finance and operations experience stretching across both corporate organizations and for the last 7 years concentrating on high growth entrepreneurial enterprises.

His past efforts substantially contributed to a local healthcare marketing services firm being recognized as one of Inc. magazine’s fastest growing private companies (Rank = 136 / 8th fastest in Cincinnati), Deloitte’s Rising Star Finalist, Cincinnati Business Journal – Fast 55 Company and one of Cincinnati’s “Best Place to Work” finalist.

Jeff is an accomplished strategist yet a “hands-on” leader, skilled at creating and executing blueprints for rapid business growth and delivering shareholder value. His approach has successfully enabled companies to implement business strategies and execute tactics that advance the organization to the next level of financial and operational excellence.

Jeff has a passion for sharing his skills and experience with nonprofits. Jeff was a founding board member and Vice Chair of Dayton Crayons to Classrooms, Dayton, Ohio’s first “Free Store” for educators teaching under privileged students.

Jeff has also served as a Board Member / Marketing Committee Chair for the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky.

He is currently a business mentor at The Brandery , The Entrepreneurs Center (TEC) a technology business incubator in Dayton, Ohio and a business advisor at Cintrifuse.

Jeff earned both his BA in Finance and MBA at the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeff and his wife Jane live in Loveland and have two children; Addison (a Miami-OH grad) and Abigail (a student/athlete at Bradley Univ in Peoria, IL).
